Meditation and Relaxation Techniques
Most of us have a certain amount of pressure or stress in our lives. Pressure can be a positive thing and can enable us to achieve. However an inability to cope with high levels of pressure leads to stress and can cause anxiety, insomnia and feelings of being unable to cope. It is how we deal with stress that matters.
Therefore getting to know the best ways of dealing with stress for you as an individual is really important. I hope to give you some tools to help you.
When the mind is overwhelmed by pressure, by too many thoughts, it is difficult to function in a balanced and harmonious way. One of the techniques that I will teach you is meditation which helps you to still the mind’s constant ‘chattering’ and reach a deep level of relaxation.
You will learn a variety of techniques, including meditation, breathing exercises and a relaxation sequence, each of which will help you to calm your mind and relax.
These are individual sessions as I find that this works best. The course consists of two sessions, during which you will learn these skills and practice them. The total cost is £50
